Council, IDAHO is the County seat of Adam's County and offers all the amenities of a larger town plus the warmth of a small town. Council has a Medical Clinic with Life Flight Service to Boise, Idaho hospitals, a modern school system and a 3600 foot asphalt airstrip. Council is surrounded by farms and cattle ranches and bordered by one-half million acres of public land. Located 120 miles from the State Capital of Boise.

Council has an elevation of 2,914 feet. Council Valley has a long growing season and less sever winters than

communities to the North and East.
